I am going to assume if your are reading this then you have a weight problem. The most common mistake that I see women that have weight issues make is wearing their hair too long. Look in the mirror. Does your hair spread out across your shoulders in a pyramid shape? If so then it is making you look heavier by creating one big blob of a shape. Figuratively speaking, you need to disconnect your head from your body. We can do this by cutting the hair so it is above your shoulders but long enough to sculpt your face to diminish heaviness and enhance cheekbones.
